Initial Consultation
When you click the button below, you can schedule a time and date for your free 15 minute consultation.
Once you schedule it, I will send you an email with a brief questionnaire in preparation for our call. It will consist of a questions about symptoms and goals so we can make the most of our time when we talk.
After you complete it, I will call you at the selected time and we can see if we're a good fit!
